Plymouth Foundry's top-of-the-line machining division utilizes the finest equipment available to produce finished parts from a variety of materials.
Our turning, milling, drilling, broaching and grinding machines are operated by experienced craftsmen who take great pride in providing you with the best product possible.
Our computerized coordinate measuring machine is so precise we guarantee your parts meet specifications long before shipping, eliminating unwelcome surprises later on.
When Plymouth Foundry does the machining of your parts, we absorb the cost of any scrap. If you have in-house or third party machining, you bear the machining cost of each casting scrapped during the machining process. By having us both cast and machine your parts, you're allowing Plymouth Foundry to be responsible for any problems.
Plymouth Foundry's division managers work closely together to make sure your job goes smoothly. We keep the customer aware, but not burdened with the responsibility of communicating between individual foundry and machine shop sources.
To compliment our machining services, Plymouth Foundry also offers pressure testing, painting, assembly and packaging services. Please ask for details.
